I literally went 10 blog posts without posting about food. Actually, it’s short two months by seven days. And to think I really did have some good food over the holidays. But, then again it’s always good to take some time-off from phones, laptops and the internet. And one way to bring out the best in you is by indulging in healthy food.
I know we have all heard the talk about a balanced diet. Don’t feel self-conscious though. I’m with you when all you crave is some deep-fried chicken for breakfast. Anyways, for the first food post of 2018, I had to make sure it was on the healthy side of life. And since one of my goals this year is to have a continuous healthy lifestyle, what’s more healthier than a juicy chicken salad? I said the word healthy too many times…🤦🏾♂️ 😂
I had to look no further than Jack Collier. A wonderful blog that almost makes me want to lick my computer screen on all the food posts.
