Whet Your Appetite
Whether you’re English or not I think we can all agree that barbecue is ridiculously hard to spell and yet its ridiculously well-loved especially out here in Southern Africa. And yes, making a mess of it is one of the highlights cause who cares about fork and knife; all you ever need is a serviette close-by.
One thing I’ve really wanted to do is to make fresh chips out of sweet potatoes. I once had a particular version but, my version of sweet potato fries is borderline crazy; in other words, I’m gonna fry them for days, metaphorically speaking. Havarti is Danish cow’s milk cheese and trust me you will love it when it melts in your sophisticated palates, the taste is what all cheese should be like. But, then again, I can’t really say that cause you know I’m a lover of many different types of cheese.
