So I found another blog about good food made real good. I will assume that this person is called Chef Kreso. Pretty catchy name right? There’s something about chefs these days; they like ooze a lot of sex appeal. Anyways away with that and on to the main course of the day.
You already know that I am a lover of bird. Last time around I reviewed a well presented chicken stew. This time feast your eyes on this juicy duck. If it wasn’t for some obvious looking features I would have said that this looks like a turkey. But, the body structure and short legs give it away.
The colour of this bird is what set my taste buds on a voodoo dance. Texture looks moist, not too tough or dry and the potatoes look crispy and soft. The overall look really draws your mouth open.
